Most days you can find me at home, in my comfy clothes, chasing my 3 (I’m in way over my head!) kids around, using allll the essential oils, and cooking up healthy food! A sparkling water is almost always within reach, while I chase my dreams without fear and aim to empower friends all over to live their healthiest and best life! Health and wellness are my true passion in life, and I want to share the journey with you!

Last night my husband went to pick up our grocery order. While he waited he watched several families go in and out of the store. Two adults and multiple children. Strollers. Diaper bags, just casually out shopping like any other Friday night.

Please stay home. We’re all bored. We’re all going stir crazy. We all wish this wasn’t a reality. But the longer you don’t stay home except for going out for essentials, the longer we all will be doing this.

Do it for everyone who can’t stay home right now because they’re out saving lives, caring for sick people, selling you your groceries, stocking shelves, driving through the night to get your essentials into the stores, etc.
Don’t be an asshole.

Although I’m attempting to make light of somewhat scary and unknown times, it is important that we recognize and help the people in our country and communities right now who don’t know how they are going to feed themselves and/or their families today and for some time to come. When my creative energy spikes, my physical energy does as well and all of a sudden I’m finally painting walls I’ve been meaning to for a year, and oh turning my house into a houseplant filled heaven (zen me!)

But I’m also harnessing some of that energy and putting it into new resources and projects to help you find success in your food freedom and long term habit change efforts
